Primary Renter must be 22 years of age. No Pets. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 cleaning fee. No Smoking. Smoking inside the townhome will result in a $500 cleaning fee. Please review all of the house rules in the Rental Agreement, which must be signed in order to receive detailed information on your check-in. WHEN YOUR STAY IS COMPLETE OR YOU'RE DONE USING: 1. Return camping chairs to their sleeves and place in the kitchen closet. 2. Return bags and cornhole boards back to the kitchen closet. 3. Cover the grill with the supplied cover.
